The only satisfaction is that we help to make dreams come true. Luckily my boss, the center manager is really good and very flexible in regards to work timings and leaves, which honestly made it easier to work. 6 days off in total per month is what we get and do not have any fixed dates for the week offs. Dislikes

Favoritism, relying on gossips rather than giving importance to facts, treating ex-employees, settlement of accounts, are some of the reasons why the company has failed to gain employee loyalty. HR people doesn’t know what is happening, neither take initiative to support. Internal conflict and dirty politics make good employee to move out of the company.
