The only satisfaction is that we help to make dreams come true. Luckily my boss, the center manager is really good and very flexible in regards to work timings and leaves, which honestly made it easier to work. 6 days off in total per month is what we get and do not have any fixed dates for the week offs. Dislikes

The Salary, growth, and incentives are really not up to the mark. Employees are not treated as Assets here and can be asked to leave at any point in time if not performing well.

Likes

Please find another job if you can - very few people work for passion here, rest work because of personal commitments. This is definitely a horrible place to work.
