Mantri Mettalics is not a company it's a Grosary Shop (लाल कि दुकान जहां एक लाला बैठता है) where a owner always sheeting. There is toxic environment created by senior management they don't have performance major tools continuously take HODS and senior staff feedback from his informers (illiterate workers') like: Drivers, Office Boy,workers' etc. They fire any employee over night (by no entry on gate). If you are low budgeted then you may ok but high salary ( more than 40 K) they can't afford more then 2 month's. A company where Vice President purchasing house keeping and pantry materials😀😀 I left TVS Group and they left me 😀 coz they want policy according to them not as per rules....Read More
