No increment No appraisal No salary on time No feeling for an employee & customer

The job is quite interesting...! I struggled a bit in the beginning but learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

It is one of the well established company in South India. Its a Brand. You find few knowledgeable Managers to guide. There are only few things to admire about this company.

Dislikes

They are forgetting their growth root. No work-life balance for Sales team, top management will not hear your suggestion(s), its just like one man's decision.

After working at Start-up, you expect the same kind of freedom to crack sales deals, but it was not very simple here. And you don't have good name in Market its very hard to convince any customer to purchase such a over priced product.
