1. I dont prefer to join this organization due to strict check in timing of the company. You will led to salary deduction for the same if you are late for 2 seconds, your salary will be deducted for half day. 2. You cannot wear jeans in the office, it will again leads to salary deduction 3. If you are going to take leave for 2 days and in between these 2 days, if any official holiday or sunday arrive the company will deduct the salary for 3 days instead of 2 days as per their policy 4. You wont be finding out any cafetria in this company, your seat the ultimate destination of work, eat food and relaxing (If company give permission to do 5 min rest) 5.
