When I joined first and I came from the Russian embassy, Here I need to sit on one chair, one closed room and 6 people sitting around me at a distance of 20 meters each, no external space, no cafeteria, and leaving the office is not allowed during the working hours. HR initially said, yes you can go out but once you get into the system they will ask you to wear a specific type of dress, not to go out. I was thinking that I could make my career, but in 2 days only I realise that I could break my career in this organization for sure. People were working like robots, In the office no free space, no space to walk, and no chai machine/coffee machine, not even an oven. You need to think of some advanced level of jail while getting into this office. I got to know here, they can any time fire you even without any reason, and at the time of the probation period, you are not having any notice period. My suggestion will be better not to get into this company if you are looking to make your career I left job in just a week because the working environment is something that today's generation cannot survive...Read More

No respect for your efforts & initiative's. You are performing well, but the company can fire you without any warning. Management is surrounded by big talkers and show-off peoples. Boss to be very gullible. To be quick to believe anything one hears, without giving much thought to it. Here are some more list:- 1. No Job Security -they believe hiring & firing process even all the departments 2. Few employees are double- faced specially Pandav Nagar Head Branch 3. Nobody wants to take extra responsibilities they throws boll to new joined court. 4. Favoritism is picked in office first 5. The working culture & policies are not employee friendly. 6. No paid leaves during the probation period (Six Months) 7. Monday to Saturday working 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Saturday half-day 2 p.m.) 8. Salary deduction if you are late for 2 minutes, even if the previous day you left the office at late night 9. Employee Eat lunch on desk itself; no separate space for eating lunch 10. There are no arrangements tea, coffee even normal water glasses during the long internal meetings (3-4 hours.) 11.
