1) No job security is there. 2) There is no proper structure of management. 3) No guarantee that you will get the variable pay or not as it is a part of your salary structure. 4) Most important thing is that if you join as a fresher/experienced there is no clarity who is the person will take the decision from higher authority regarding your work, mainly when you will be on review. 5) Leave policy is very bad. Casual Leave=12 days in a year (if experienced 15) and if you are coming from other state WFH should be 10 in a year (In a year you will get 2 time (5+5) slot wise....Read More

Do not consider this company in your wildest dream. It is nothing but a disgrace everything is lie over here. I regret joining over here . It is a jail. HR is dumb, policies are dumb, and the management is the dumbest one, though I still don't know why they call it management, there are only 2 ladies.
