Politics in Credit department... ZCMs are waste and they very commercial and they expect money or partys from cm's otherwise they will transfer people.... worst culture...

Work load They never give seat to sit for employees other than branch head and front desk officer, Product team members just roam here and there to get login and work through laptop. Most of the time get wasted to search a chair in icici bank.

Appraisal is fixed in every 3 year, salary increment is fixed, good bonus, good HR policy

You will have to do multiple work at a time, office time is very strict for coming but not for going. You will be threatened multiple times for sending back you to HR, or getting warning mails and memos which make the job security very low for the organisation No work life balance good if you are bachler or not married

Well I’ve given 12+ years of service to this organisation but in return got minimal increments and promotions. Biased bosses and toxic work culture. No work life balance. Dictator way of dealing with employees. No HR support. At last they can bench you if you does not agree with your boss or management.

Basically it's like any government organization that has a good job security. If you wish to sit an relax there's no other competition in market.

Basically it's like a government organization where the there's no room from growth. Politics is rampant within middle management and people keep sitting at same position for years and restrict any growth of system.

Ideally should be the number 1 bank in India. Compared to HDFC & AXIS BANK the customer service and customer handling level is 200% better than HDFC & AXIS BANK

Office Politics level is very high. Door Step Banking & Tax Departments very very worst Departments. Mumbai (Chandivali). Politics with employees very high level because of this lots of employees was resigned theirs job without serving notice period.

Working with ICICI Bank is a pride. Amazing organisation to work. Unlimited sick leave and the organisation even reimburse huge medical bills beyond the medical coverage in case of severe medical ailment.

Well there will be monthly target no matter what designation you are at you should complete your target. And if it is on role job , for sales there will be no incentives how much ever you generate the income there is no use of it . What I say you guys is never join banking sectors if you are not interested in sales that to in a on role .
