I was passionate for the kind of work i was doing rest company is pathetic with no culture and ethics.

Dislikes

This is a company who just wants to make out money with no vision of its own as well as employees future. Management do not know how to treat employees as they are not aware of thing that a company do not create employees but employees do create a company. Any one can be fired at anytime whether he is working since first day or since last 10years hardly matters to them.

It was challenging and i love the work , i resigned just due to culture of the company , poor ethics and worst management.
