Good environment in the property. Good team members.

Not good work life balance . Shifts will be changing not even asking our internal problem . Food and accommodation is very poor .

Work Details

Working as reservation executive. Taking the bookings after receiving confirmation mail from the guest . Providing discounts . Convenient towards guest . Handling company CRM. Some times even want to resolve guest requirements in politely.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
