- unnecessary ping from PM while you working on your task - give most of the time short notice or short estimate without discussion - during pandemic year time unnecessary work pressure or forced to work higher against your working hours

- learning new things - appreciate new adopt things - company coulture is average like do your work and if have your team bonding than you adjust there

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
