1) variety of projects to work on . 2) exposure to different stages of construction 3) office environment is really friendly there is no politics or unecessary restriction . 4) flexibility in terms of timing . 5) main boss is quite considerate and helpful to his employees.

1) salary issues, there is backlog of 5 -6 months 2) Hr should learn human relations and speak with already frustrated employees with kindness .

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
