No HR policies in University, No employee welfare scheme, job profile is not defined, They don't know how to treat loyal employees. You can flourish here only if you have approach in terms of monetary benefits. Even they don't pay gratuity in time to employees. This is purely based on experience.

I have worked briefly with MRU but I would say my shortest experience was the best. The work culture is really good. The trustees/ higher management is very much there on campus everyday and yet no micromanagement. If you are hard-working, you will get rewarded at this University. There is no substitute for hard work. This is the kind of place one would work for years.
