The experience where the staff placed is good. Interacting with juveniles is very challenging and interesting

The company culture is bad. They barely know where their staff is placed and don't really care. No job security, no appraisal and no capacity building whatsoever. The staff doesn't receive their salary on time. The staff works for two months and receives salary at the end of the second month. Sometimes, there was even a three month delay. The senior management is pathetic. They like to show themselves as empathetic people but they arent. There is constant criticism and no recognition. And the organisation policy isnt the same for everyone. (Personal Favorites will have it easy). A lot of anxiety is induced by the senior management and you would be blamed for things that went wrong from their end.
