The experience where the staff placed is good. Interacting with juveniles is very challenging and interesting

Dislikes

The company culture is bad. They barely know where their staff is placed and don't really care. No job security, no appraisal and no capacity building whatsoever. The staff doesn't receive their salary on time. The staff works for two months and receives salary at the end of the second month. Sometimes, there was even a three month delay. Moreover, the staff has to literally beg for their own hard earned money. The team at the head office has a weird sense of superiority and show favouritism towards their staff at Normal Chayya....Read More

Dislikes

The senior management is pathetic. They like to show themselves as empathetic people but they arent. There is constant criticism and no recognition. And the organisation policy isnt the same for everyone. (Personal Favorites will have it easy). A lot of anxiety is induced by the senior management and you would be blamed for things that went wrong from their end. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
