The exposure is good and the team is young and vibrant.

Dislikes

The senior management is pathetic. They like to show themselves as empathetic people but they arent. There is constant criticism and no recognition. And the organisation policy isnt the same for everyone. (Personal Favorites will have it easy). A lot of anxiety is induced by the senior management and you would be blamed for things that went wrong from their end. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
