Dont join the SME dept never you will regret it sooner than u can think, myself & my other few colleagues have suffered & we have already resigned within 6-7 months, u will be ruining your resume by joining SME dept

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
