I found reallly great employees who had given their good time for the company, and there are really talented people working for Manappuram Finance ltd MSME department.

You never know when they might transfer you to Head office, for an employee to get his benefits it takes too much time to process, employees cannot enjoy the benefits, working atmosphere is like colonial office. Their is lot of restrictions. Any mistake committed by employees, the penalty chalan is raised on that individual. As per the offer letter they should provide 12 days leave paid leave but they did not offer the same. The office space needs to be shared with gold vertical department. No proper sitting. All the time employees needs to adjust. People who are really desperate to earn and can sell their sole to company can work here....Read More
