The policy of Manappuram is very bad, there is no hearing of EMP, the employee does something in the branch and the branch head gets the punishment and the branch head has no action

1.Salary is not good. That's why some employees in the branch are doing illegal things like cheating customer, fake bill to make money. 2. As it's a loan sector. When There is shortage of cash in cash counter, the employee of the branch (cashier, Manager) are responsible to bring a huge amount of cash money from bank or nearest MAFIL branch without any armed protection, which is a very very life risky work. 3.
