Good place for freshers to learn the basics of engineering. The difference in theoretical subject knowledge and real life plant environment can be understood. All important concepts in heat transfer, mass transfer, fluid mechanics, etc can be put into perspective if one learns out of individual interest.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
