Good work environment, Direct access to Top management Young and dynamic managment which have vision for future development of group. Most important positive point is salary payment is always on time before 7th. Young team players. 2nd & 4th Saturday off. No need of late night working.

You can learn many new things here as the company provides with seminars of various kinds of work related important factors.

You will work harder but will not get considered or given credit for that. Even if you are given credit for the hard work that you did, it won't reflect in your bank account in terms of increment. Neither would it reflect in your posting unless the company criteria is fulfilled, no matter how hard you work for it. Also, your arrivaltime at work place must be followed strictly but, that doesn't apply for you departure time from your workplace.
