They work on hire and fire system within 4-5 months from the joining you will be kicked out of the company. Politics on high level from top to bottom to even HR. I had such a horror experience. Just play with your piece of mind.

I like the environment and dedication of others employees. Also i have learned new things daily. And got much positive responses from the passengers who use MMT as theirs travel partner

Dislikes

I don’t think so there have any negative compliments which i can write here. Because company is far better also provides best services for their travel passengers and also have potential to give best carrier growth to their employees.

Its a great company for a short stint. You can get your CTC upgraded and move on. My suggestion to aspiring candidates do not settle for lesser than 50% of current ctc.

Dislikes

No scope of growth in KAM role, people working in sr manager and above role gets opportunity to grow and move on. North supremacy, treats people from other region as inferior. Huge pay disparity

This time the experience was horrible as the company was not at all responsive when needed and i landed up with disc serious injury and complete bed rest has been prescribed

While it began well for me, over the 2.5 years, the work culture has been hampered. Work life balance is still better than many other companies.

Dislikes

Work culture is getting worse currently. No growth prospect. People are stuck in the same position for many years. Not a good pay master.

Have good opportunity for earning much more amount but client is doing bad politics about good chat mapping.

Client are doing badd politics he is not giving good chats to all agents in off season he is giving only Goa that so hard to convert in sale and he will do terminate for this . And also not motivating agents. Always demotivate Agents after telling him leave the jobs bahar fek dunga . Even i gve my resignation but he terminate me for no reason.

Manager don't have way of talking, special ticketing team like Kapil Goswami manager , to much politics, The manager does not want us to learn anything new here so that we can go for better opportunity. The manager does not give appraisal. At all, the manager wants us to flatter. So don't join

There is very less personal time for us and we are expected to recieve calls even on personal times, weekends, national holidays, week offs etc and questioned if not recieved on a weekend or a holiday. There is a sense of insecurity for jobs as for every delayed or pending task we are being told if we wish to still stay in the organization. I have worked in core sales jobs but over here there is unnecessary amount of pressure with no actual reward for it. The work environment feels toxic for someone who is still new to the organization.
