While it began well for me, over the 2.5 years, the work culture has been hampered. Work life balance is still better than many other companies.

Have good opportunity for earning much more amount but client is doing bad politics about good chat mapping.

Client are doing badd politics he is not giving good chats to all agents in off season he is giving only Goa that so hard to convert in sale and he will do terminate for this . And also not motivating agents. Always demotivate Agents after telling him leave the jobs bahar fek dunga . Even i gve my resignation but he terminate me for no reason.

The training program of the head quarters is excellent and the mentors of the head quarters are too good.

The franchise owner near opp to Inorbit mall Mumbai whose owners name is Ms.Shruti Khanna is the worst to work with .She hires when she needs and then when her purpose is solved during high season she starts torturing and humiliating so that the employee itself leaves the company.She has been doing this for years and even doesn't pay for the incentives nor does she pays the salary if the employee has to leave because of some geniune reason.Her right hand Afroz too manipulates the employees who work there and is a bad fit for any company as he doesn't speak well of the owner and misguides the new employees .So the minute any person joins in this franchise is filled with all negativity and is often scared of his/her job....Read More

Being my first job, I had the worst experience ever. No growth only slavery, misbehavior, attitude, politics, being rude here is cool. Pathetic culture. Only if you're in your manager's good books you'll survive unless if they'll make your life he'll. Also no increment policy. Coz you're not your manager's favorite

1. Strict WFO without exception. It is either a leave or WFO 2. Rampant top down politics that fosters toxicity. 3. Company run with peculiar sales attitude. 4. No product learning as leadership is mostly full of sales people. 5. No benefits, even money for basic perks like family insurance is extracted from employees. 6. Major costcutting in every thing. 7. Regressive HR policies like shutting down Cafeterias between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM every day in the name of boosting productivity. 8.
