Offsites are good. Hotel supply has major domination, hence respected as managers.
Internal politics during appraisals is terrible. No feedback mechanism to review performance. Appraisal discussions also do not happen, it is only conveyed. Promotion mechanism itself has glitches. HRs do not get involved for feedbacks.

The delegation process involves multiple layers of management, where each layer adds their own work and passes it down. As a result, each layer aims to demonstrate their impact by contributing to the tasks on lower levels. 2. There is a prevalent culture of favoritism, where individuals are expected to engage in flattering behavior in order to avoid various consequences such as deductions in variable pay or hindrances in promotion opportunities. 3. Criticism is constant and ongoing, irrespective of one's performance.Even if an individual is performing well, there is always room for criticism. 4. Senior non-technical managers often engage in time-wasting activities, such as irrelevant discussions and excessive meetings, which can hinder productivity. 5. The HR department is unresponsive and disregards feedback. There is a lack of action taken on feedback provided regarding the lower-level team. 6. 1. Toxic management. I was shocked to see how managers behave. Too High ego and they use jargon and internal terminalogy, and if you don't understand and ask for clarification. He will say even college people knows that. 2. Less hikes even if you're really good performer. 3. planning to take long leave ? Coming back after maternityleave ? Just now got married and planning to be relaxed for few weeks ? Be ready for daily bullying and humiliation from your manager. 4. People only talk in hindi even in scrum and meetings. 5. You can take few WFH(2-3) in a month if you're manager is happy with you. 6. They have unlimited leaves policy so that people don't end up using leave quota and only take 10-12 leaves in a year. Manager even cancel leaves and not approve WFH, and you end up with LOP. 7. Even if your team does not have enough work to make your work life balance bad, they will humiliate and bully you for every small mistake. 8. Worst company of my career! Worst part about the company is their HR, if you visit them with any complaints against your manager, they will make sure to make your life hell. First they will put you on notice period saying your performance is below par, then when they could figure out you’re not able to find another job they’ll pushyou take an early release and they won’t charge you a penny in the name of recovery period, and in case you go to them for early release they’ll make sure you pay for the recovery days even when the manager is aligned for early release. Such hypocrites work here, especially in the hotel supply division! Even the manager will expect you to work for atleast 12 hours a day, they will shout at you for little mistakes in front of everyone to humiliate you and HR will still support your manager!
