*The co-workers were helpful but sadly all of them have resigned. *The independence of taking decisions *The CEO is is very supportive at times and listen and consider the inputs of other employees. *The product we are offering is superior in the market. *The competition they conduct (National/International).

Dislikes

*Every month they plan new projects and don’t stick to it. *They rarely pay incentive. *They use to block expenses. *The salary never use to come on time. *We use to work on weekoffs as well but the work was never recognised. *The believe in hire and fire policy so every 2-3 month theteam gets changed. *And lastly the root of Makebot, who created the base of the company was disrespected by higher hierarchy and now she has resigned as well. *The prices of their product and services are way too high which shouldn’t be when you are getting it at a very low cost because of which it’s very difficult to pitch our product when the competition is working at 10% of our price. *The service they provide to their clients is never on time, mostly delayed by 1-2 months because after receiving the order they never start working on it immediately....Read More
