No clear vision, Plant in loss, They give unnecessary stress to all employees,Leaving office at time is a sin. Be careful while joining Noida Plant MATS. At time of exit they enjoy playing with employee careers. They are unable to bring plant in profit from decades but still want employee to do some magic & fill their pocket with bucks. No work from home facilities. People needs to take leaves in case of emergencies. If company starts providing laptops to Design Team, they can also work with more flexibility and give maximum output. Only there should not be any misuse of this facility. Need improvement in Canteen facilities.
