I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. No clear vision, Plant in loss, They give unnecessary stress to all employees,Leaving office at time is a sin. Be careful while joining Noida Plant MATS. At time of exit they enjoy playing with employee careers. They are unable to bring plant in profit from decades but still want employee to do some magic & fill their pocket with bucks. Plant HR is useless. Though Anand Group is great, but coming to MAHLE Noida is terrible....Read More
