Likes

Except supporting colleagues in work did not enjoy working here for so long.

Dislikes

Presently top heavy management with lack of ground reality. No support from top management, long working hours lot of discrimination between old and new employees, politicization, no value to the employees who are actually working.

Work Details

Being a commercial and accounting person, despite handing a challenging profile, there is always a non supportive and demotivative attitude from cross function, be it at lower level or higher. Very difficult environment to work with.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
