Jb security depends on market value. There is work culture good. Management is very aware of employees job satisfaction. politics are good. Appraisal are mostly fair and bonus every year.

Salary hike of every year is not up to the mark. Career growth is slow and management increase the salary of their choice of staffs.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
