This is a good culture - ethical organisation.

It was good support from HO before 4yrs back but now after verticalisation there is no plan how to achieve the target given by management. But only you have to make it successful.

It’s a big brand, which carries lot of respect and reach in the marketplace. It’s purely a sales organisation, perform and get incentivised. Above rating is based on the department and immediate supervisor. Up skilling in field is happening which is good for the individuals career.

Company is in transforming, management is making too changes, which is reflecting as attrition. Which is a need of the hour to make sustainable business model.
