I have given my rating very nagative, because Cluster Heads like and dislike are mein criteria for your Job security. I red handed caught him for his corruption and making money illegal way, and produced all supporting documents to Corporate Office. But Cluster Head very good cash producer to Corporate people, so he got grate support from Corporate and he get the clean chit. Finally I found myself very unsatisfied. So I resigned. Mahindra Holidays Resort policy and culture is very rich. But it's destroyed by Sanjog Sahani for his personal interest.

worked in Rajasthan cluster. And Great thief Sanjog Sahani was cluster manager. He simply destroyed people's carrier and spoiled MnM culture. If is making money in every possible way. If anyone comes across in his ill practice he simply ruined your carrier. Every one new about him.

Fun Rover: it was a training period of 1year to become supervisor from associate. Work culture is very good. They give travel opportunity to various states. They provide training. Benefits are Food+Accommodation+transport
