The worst company you could ever work in

Money which you spend on the travel and other expenses for the company. It makes it so delay to reimburse the amount you get pissed and when it gets bigger bill then they do not bother to reimburse. I have already spent my thousands of rupees but no reimbursement from the company.

Rapid development of lots of skills. Will really benefit over long term in personal and professional life. For a 21 yo graduate aspiring to go for an MBA program in marketing can do it in this job working for around 3 years. Very hard work required. Will provide edge over other sales professionals for sure.

Work life balance is almost impossible. Lack of routine. Company’s policy to clawback earned incentives. Highly disorganised KRA. Too much travel fatal to physical and mental well being. Ethics is in papers only, compromised often to achieve sales. Un sustainable for extended period of time. Not recommend for a married person as leaving home for many days is frequent.
