The staff and the my colleagues in which I feel safe and lots of knowledge gain from them and a sincere employee I have manage many things regarding yard problems which are not so well and I maintain with help of my manager and I am now good to deal with lots of negotiation maintenance and a resourceful work.

MFCWL brings new talent, the company respects & promotes employees hard work by nominating in RNR. No certain favouritism. Salary gets credited on timely basis.

This is not about MFC but was unlucky to have such a bad managerial experience for my ex boss. No hybrid option. No appraisal pay for nearly 1 & half year. No incentives. Salary bar is lowest as compared to market standards. Never had bonus. Even Saturday Sunday we need to work.
