i am in mahindra defence since october 2016, and gain experience with team mates and itself 2 month traning have in this organzation but job security little bit. in my experience career growth is average salary is constact till now. learning lots work environment is very good like work with team mates veri supportive and treating like as family and work come first rull.

no any dislike at this organization but i want to switch the job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
