As most of the companies having issue of work life balance, here in M&M too an issue of work life balance specially in Sales. The company believes that, the decisions taken by immediate superior is the final and 100% compliant.

Work Details

Beginning of my career with M&M was really excited and achieved many awards and recognition. After 3 years, I have been elevated to Sales department heading an AO where lot energy has been pumped in channel and team resulted breaking earlier sales record
