As a result company's unstable business environment, there have been extensive lay offs of valuable assets. Directors are misusing their authorities and lack professionalism. Those who excessively praise their superiors can progress in this environment. Additionally, it seems that management has inflated ratings by pressuring employees to submit positive reviews, which raises a doubt about authenticity of the reviews. I guess a promotion cycle needs to upgraded and salaries should be more in line with competative market but again this company compensates that with Job security during tough times and have special initiatives in place for employees well being.
