Magneti Marelli has everything that a good workplace MNC shall have in terms of nature of business, clients and overall European brand but yet it HR & Support teams haven't reached its true potential owing to bad management and culture.

Dislikes

Culture at Magneti Marelli is toxic beyond one's imagination and core reason is incompetent HR leadership and its biased unethical uncompetitive attitude. There are people in HR leadership who really don't have capability to be leaders since neither they've knowledge nor have leadership quotient comprising integrity. It's better to avoid such brands wherein learning is zero.

I head the L&OD function across all three sites of MM in India
