Actually first 6 months were good, colleagues were good and helpful.

Dislikes

I think the worst company. There is no OT. You have to complete the target to gain money and to achieve target you have to work for already for 15 hours a day to get 1000 rs incentive. And there is no compo off for working on Sat and sun. There is no way to get extra money other than salary. I request every one not to join this company. It was the best experience I had in my first company. I do not recommend any one to join this company. Please it's a request. You will have other better company than this....Read More
