magicpin was my first company and I loved to work there. The great thing about magicpin is that you can share your ideas and opinions with higher authority I also met with the CEO with a plan they listen it and understand the complete process and guide wt will be the prons and cons. and if your suggestions are really beneficial for company they will reward you and appreciate you in a great way.

Dislikes

Sometime my Hardwork, dedication and Honesty comapre with the targets which are fraud.I mean smartwork visible but actually that was harmful for company in a long time.

I have joined magicpin as a fresher in April 2018. I have learned a lot from this startup and develop decision making and leadership quality. Work culture is amazing and colleagues are much supportive you will get various opportunities to shape your career in this organization, I left this company after 8 months due to personal reason but still I'm connected with my colleagues and now they are leading new team.
