Always seniors will tell you do resign and all either if you are doing hardwork they will not see that, if you are bd in this organisation than totally you will get disrespect the company is doing 12 months hiring if you are not doing the sale in one day 10k than your job will be in risk and they give only one week to proof yourselfwith very big targets.. and if. Nothing. The employes of this company is compared to animals who are being trainned to work day and night. Also the employes had no permission for there personal life.

The politics is very high... and the work pressure is very high. If you want to be a part of Magic pin...you have to forget your family, your friends, your loved ones. In short you have to cut off your personal life and have to be a machine which will no nothing but produce money for the owner of the company.
