There is literally nothing that I'm happy say that I liked about the company apart from learning by my own and by the unprofessional insults the superiors have expressed.

Terrible work culture. Micromanagement at its worse. CEO himself verifies the eligibility of an associate in the company (which terrible looking at the value of the company) No job security (And this is not only after u have served or a year or so, but they have a rule of 21day training andpeople who fail in the training evaluation is kicked out mercilessly)</mark> No work life balance (I've worked from 6am to 1am on days) Exhausting targets (They have everyday targets and they make you work even on weekends if you fail to complete the target)...Read More

No career growth Lame excuses during time of appraisal like : Only for employees working more than 1 year, then company going in loss and finally covid(my 3 experience during appraisal times) To much politics Hectic work environment

Be favourite one of the seniors so they will be your well-wishers. "0" job security. So you should be always searching new opportunities. They will keep saying "yaha raho ya jao you have to work " and give you work that not achievable if you are not doing any cheating or your Tl is not supporting you secretly . It gives you lots of hardships so when you join another job you feels hppy and satisfied. They keeps changing your department and shuffle you different teams until you become one of the TL's well do. That's not bad in case because it helps to learn how to survive in uncomfortable places or people . When you leave this organisation you will not have any friends so it will help you to learn how to survive alone . After joining this company You will really learn how the world is unfair .... They make you work 10-8 . Also if you don't complete your tast they can force you to stay in lunch and do work they also know it's unethical so they will taunt you a lot about this . If you say argue about anything they will kick u out until u are buttering to the seniors. They don't respect you very less people are good in this organisation . Overall you will have an lifelong experience that will help you to survive life problems easily . Because working here fells burden . Remember " if they want to keep you in office if you do bare minimum they will keep you ,, if they don't suppose you put your 100% after that also they will kick you out giving you follish reasons !!! Upper level senior doesn't have manners how to talk with junior, there is no time limit of office. He doesn't allow to go home executive until daily productivity doesn't met, either it's 10pm or more.they think all are not human just a donkey who can carry stuff of samast Daily, no personal life , reporting time was midnight 12'0 clock and it can be streched by 2 pm. But morning reporting time would be 9 am sharp but there no timing to go home and you can get call anytime whatever the time @2 am midnight as well. There are no cabin system, even not a fixed docot , we have to sit between executive and anytime , anyone can took your chair if you were not on seat. Any junior employee can abuse on any senior level employee and can misbehave , shouting just because he/she is old in the company and someone GM , VP, Sr. Manager who joined new , his no prestige, an old staff have more power than newly joined managers. Trust issues, companies poillictics so much. Junior staff always ready with his outsider frnds team to betten anyone if any argument happens with sr. Person and company didn't take any action.
