There is literally nothing that I'm happy say that I liked about the company apart from learning by my own and by the unprofessional insults the superiors have expressed.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture. Micromanagement at its worse. CEO himself verifies the eligibility of an associate in the company (which terrible looking at the value of the company) No job security (And this is not only after u have served or a year or so, but they have a rule of 21day training and people who fail in the training evaluation is kicked out mercilessly) No work life balance (I've worked from 6am to 1am on days) Exhausting targets (They have everyday targets and they make you work even on weekends if you fail to complete the target)...Read More

Magicpin is very good company for Thier employees to work but if you are joining in sales department then it would be very tuff to survive because market is really tuff .they will provide everything to get good numbers from you but still you are not able to do then they will kick your out . Work culture is good . Perks and benefits is also good . Sunday fixed off .
