•They are asking to make impossible targets as possible. • Monthly target based job. Want to complete enrollments count per person should complete and collect 160 datas date is from 22nd to next month 22nd. • You will get personal growth through networking here but don't expect for professional growth like promotions. • Work pressure and target completion pressure from manager. • Before getting selected they used to say you have to support with mobilizers like 50% training and 50% mobilizing but reality is you have to do 90% mobilizing on your own and 10% of training. • As a trainer you have to mobilize and search for colleges or Institutes and try to collaborate with them for sessions. • Fixed travel and other allowance upto Rs. 1600 only no other pay for submitting bills.
