As a freshers, we have to work a lot, so get to learn many technologies. People are approachable.

Company culture is very poor, since its a small company, the highest person in the company even knows the mistake made by smallest person in the company. Leave is never approved, People are going to festivals by taking Loss Without Pay. If performance is not gud then freshers of even 5 monthexperience are also terminated. so, job security is also zero. Casual leave also, they don't approve. HR WHO TAKES CARE OF MUMBAI AND Pune branch, Priya Al is biased and most importantly she isn't following any HR practices instead she ruins the company culture by playing devil's advocate to show that she is the one who can control evrything. She provokes people if she doesn't like any leaders she will provoke people under them to damage team and make sure to defame them. This lady should is just ruining the culture and branch can't grow dur to such idiot people. Senior leadership is very political and removes people for saving own job and reputation. Insane behaviour and unethical practices in terms of employees reimbursement. Unwanted pressure and no fixed framework. Immature decision making . While company says Monday to Friday on document they ask you to work on Saturday's too. Irrational behaviour and most insane people who manage these branches. Good in terms of job security. Appraisals are average but for those who are already on a good package.

No employee friendly policy. Only good tax benefits. Most managers cry if asked for leave. Senior tech managers are not competent enough for their roles. Flexible shift timings but some managers unnecessarily asks to come before a particular time. Some people are favourites of senior managers so all the tech innovation related tasks are given to them only. Others are provided with regular tasks.
