Job Security is good. Work life balance depends on the project and manager's capability to handle work. Nice policies and benefits.

Some people ruining company's name by abusing new candidates in interviews etc. Too many managers in some verticals. Company is unable to identify such people and taking strict action against them. Company like maersk needs good people and not a arrogant ones who doesn't fit in company culture

MAERSK is really great company to work with all the benefits. In my last company during third phase of COVID my salary was cut down 👎 though that company is one of the largest company of Media. Thanks to Maersk. I really recommend this employee friendly company.

The whole workplace is super toxic everyone is trying to cut you down to bring their own guy up. Job offers are rolled out based on how many friends you have in maersk, no value to talent.
