No job security, lot of partiality. They favor the people based out in UK, Europe more than India despite majority of the technical function being based here. Lot of racism, although they will deny. But just take look at the "leadership" and decide for yourself. Also leaders have no forethought or planning

MAERSK is really great company to work with all the benefits. In my last company during third phase of COVID my salary was cut down 👎 though that company is one of the largest company of Media. Thanks to Maersk. I really recommend this employee friendly company.

The whole workplace is super toxic everyone is trying to cut you down to bring their own guy up. Job offers are rolled out based on how many friends you have in maersk, no value to talent.

Nothing doctor was so short tempered and her behaviour was so unprofessional she started shouting on staff in front of patients

after over 100yrs in business, is now losing its luster

No job security, don't expect any growth if you are joining at mid experience level, only people who talks a lot can survive here specially on the leadership role, no value for technical skill, HR policies are flexible to add people or remove any time.
