I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. This covid time our management takement take more responsibility. Take care all the colleges about the health. Daily temperature reading. In any problem keep separate isolation.

Now this time in our salary will be reduced. Only 400. This money I cannot manage in family problems. In this situation I understood. Minimum 1000 is good. And in our building around 10 building ac chiller is closed. That's why in our sleeping also problem.

we work as a team while undergoing trainigs as well as team building,our job security is as per the law in dubai and salary as well but it can be reviewed at any time depending on how hard you work.We come up with different ideas which are always conidered.

sometimes there is language barrier due to the diverse nationalities so it is abit challenging but communicating in english has been of great help
