It could be good as they have in house set of resources but getting work done itself was very difficult with unnecessary pressure with a lot of poking from higher level, no breathing space, poor management and no sense of liability. Employees are expected to turn results miraculously in half the time of what should be given and evenif the target somehow achieved there is no sense of appreciation to motivate good quality work, whatever you do it's never enough, you would still be told you didn't do anything as what work you delivered didn't take any effort. Management only expects work from employees with no returns to them. Most of times we were expected to do overtimes when they don't pay for overtimes even when they are exceeding to nights, it's like official time is only for show it exceeds by 30 min minimum on everyday basis. No compensation for efforts and loyalty in any form. Good efforts go unnoticed and only pendency is counted with making a person believe everything is their fault, even though it might not be. Work environment is so toxic that most employees that leave company leave because they can't take it anymore, as they suffer from mental disbalances like nervous breakdown, shaken confidence, hyper anxiety disorders, migraine, hyper tension etc....Read More

Work Details

My work profile was of designer wherein I was expected to deliver a no of garment samples per week as a weekly target, though other than this 60%-70% of work consisting research, planning, forecasting, presentations etc wasn't considered work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
