Salary not paid in time, too much late 1st month salary will be received in 3rd month,local labour pending bills are not paid early takes more time to receive,some site managers cant give choice, permission. sometimes freedom is missing to Express our difficulties and personal problems with higher Authorities, Department labouragencies dominate more. managenent can not recognise the true value of the skilled worker such an efforts made by him to achieve target who struggles day and night for the company. As a result , i get to travel abroad , especially to the ASAM and vihar . but on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location .
