Not a single thing to be liked. No support in Covid rather tortured staff mentally.

Dislikes

Unethical, dishonest, chatting and harassment of employees all the time. Limits of all above exceeded during Covid and lockdown. Promoters forced staff to stay in hotels near office and be present in office breaking lockdown rules. Salary reduced and still not paid from March to June despite WFH. Laid off many people. Not doing Full same final of staff who quit. No value given to employees. We are treated like slave here....Read More

Work Details

Mental torture and insult everyday by promoters. It was the biggest blunder to join M3M. I am thankful to Covid as it erased my decision to quit.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
