Nothing to like about this company.

Toxic work culture, no training provided. Noncooperative insecure colleagues. Seniors team leaders are just pathetic and never appreciate your work. Makes you feel inferior. It is too casual for the employees to abuse on the floor. I regret every single day that I have joined this company. A big name but the work culture is too pathetic than a small business.

The company really invests in training and development opportunities for everyone. This does not only help us professionally but personally as well.

The real estate industry is very sensitives so we sometimes come across customers who have lot of harsh things to say due to high emotional involvement.
