About the job:
Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate team.
- As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals.
- You will work closely with the leadership team to develop sales strategies and implement initiatives that contribute to the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiations, and proposals to clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust strategies and improve sales performance.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews for the sales team.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Real Estate industry Only.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
